We liaise with local authorities to optimise gaining consents where required, including National Parks, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Listed Buildings, Conservation areas, Change of Use (including class Q - agricultural buildings to dwellings) and other regulatory approvals.
BUILDING CONTROL
Most projects require building regulation approval and we can provide the detailed construction drawings and specifications including any mandatory structural calculations, SAP assessments, or specialist details to achieve this.

The above services provide all the approved documentation to gather estimates, commission contractors and start construction; if required we can help further to provide ad hoc assistance including tendering, interior choice of materials and fittings to help complete your project.

After our consultation we may provide a no obligation written response to your brief, setting out our services for you with advice on fees and costs.
We also work with associates covering specialist areas including structural and civil engineers, surveyors, environment experts, SAP assessors, contractors, developers and others as required.
